Poutine

One of the top reasons for going to Montreal is poutine. I found a great website with reviews of the best Poutine shops:

    i want the one on the top. perhaps there is a recipe on the internet, allowing substitution of frozen french fries. after all, on that canadian site they say that the gravy comes from a mix.
